Located in Elkhorn, Nebraska and also serving the adjacent communities of Waterloo, Valley and Gretna, COPE offers support to anyone regardless of religious, cultural, or ethnic background. 

We focus on serving western Douglas County and offer first priority to persons who demonstrate their willingness to improve their personal skills and job skills, and who are willing to participate with COPE in assisting others.

A huge THANK YOU to all our donors and volunteers who made the fall backpack drive so sucessful this year!  COPE provided full backpacks to 43 students.
